Havoline Thursdays is a weekly promotional campaign available at participating Caltex service stations across the UAE. Customers who purchase a qualifying Caltex Havoline oil change on any Thursday and upload their invoice on the same day can claim an AED 20 Talabat e-gift voucher. Rewards are issued following the digital submission and validation of the purchase invoice.

Promotion starts in September 2026. Check with your nearest participating outlet for the exact promotion schedule.

1. Purchase a qualifying Caltex Havoline oil change at a participating service site on a Thursday and keep your receipt.
2. Scan the QR code displayed at the service site to access the promotional web portal and enter your UAE mobile number.
3. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your WhatsApp.
4. Upload a clear photo of your invoice on the same Thursday you got the Caltex oil change. Add the date, enter your invoice details, select your Emirate, and submit for review. Note: invoice submissions are only accepted on the day of purchase (Thursday).
5. Wait for verification. You will receive an approval or rejection notification via WhatsApp within 4 business hours.
6. Once approved, click the link sent via WhatsApp to access and copy your voucher code

By participating in this Promotion, participants irrevocably agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be solely interpreted by EPPCO Lubricants (BR) EPPCO Projects Co (L.L.C) (the “Organiser”) and may be amended by the Organiser at any time during this promotion. 

1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Promotion entirely and/or change the terms and conditions, the prizes, or the Promotion mechanics at any time in its sole discretion, without liability or prior notice.
2. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection and processing of the personal data you provide. Such personal data will be used solely for administering the Promotion and for marketing purposes.
3. The Promotion is valid only on Caltex Havoline oil changes at participating Caltex service stations on Thursdays.

5. Customers can select from a wide range of Caltex Havoline engine oils (mineral & synthetic).
6. A valid UAE mobile number is required to receive the digital reward voucher.
7.  Each customer is eligible for one digital reward voucher per oil change.
8. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts.
9. The Promotion is not valid with any other brand of oil or if the oil is supplied by the customer/car owner.
10. Rewards are available while stocks last.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or withhold a reward for any reason it deems appropriate.
12. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the Organiser will be final.
