Delo Torqforce

Delo TorqForce may be used in Caterpillar and Komatsu transmissions, final drives, and wet brake systems, as well as in Allison, Dana Powershift, Tremec/TTC, Eaton, and ZF transmissions, torque converters, and Vickers hydraulic systems.

For hydraulic systems operating under normal ambient temperatures, the SAE 10W viscosity grade is recommended. SAE 10W and SAE 30 grades are recommended for mobile hydraulic systems operating under severe service conditions.

For transmissions, the SAE 30 viscosity grade may be used. Delo TorqForce products are also suitable for heavyduty off-highway automatic transmissions requiring an SAE 30 fluid.

For final drives, the SAE 50 viscosity grade is recommended under normal operating temperatures, while SAE 60 is recommended for operation in high ambient temperatures.

To meet Caterpillar specifications, Delo TorqForce products are not friction modified. Therefore, they are not recommended for equipment manufactured by OEMs that require friction-modified fluids to ensure smooth and quiet brake operation. For example, many agricultural tractor manufacturers recommend fluids such as Chevron 1000 THF to help eliminate brake noise.

Do not use Delo TorqForce in high pressure systems in the vicinity of flames, sparks and hot surfaces. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use.

Special additives help protect metal surfaces against scuffing and wear, even under severe operating conditions involving high temperatures and heavy loads.

Good compatibility with seals, O-rings, and packing materials helps maintain their integrity and minimize fluid leakage.

Delo TorqForce is formulated with advanced additive technology that enables ultra-fine filtration, helping deliver good fluid cleanliness and equipment reliability. With appropriate Chevron approved ISOCLEAN® Programs, Delo TorqForce can achieve cleanliness levels as low as ISO 18/16/13 and potentially cleaner.
