DELO ANTI FREEZE COOLANTS – A FUNDAMENTAL PERSPECTIVE

A high performance long-life antifreeze/coolant formulated to protect engines from freezing and boiling while offering advanced cooling system corrosion protection, including high temperature corrosion resistance in modern aluminum engines.

Featuring an ethylene glycol based formulation in combination with an advanced corrosion inhibitor technology and designed to offer long, low maintenance service life and is available as a Concentrate, Premixed 50/50 and as pre mixed 40/60.

It delivers great value with optimal service life, protection, minimal maintenance costs, Heat transfer, maximum hardware life, can be used in variable applications, with bio-degradability, compatibility and stability.

Delo coolants bring effective heat exchange, freeze and boiling protection, protection of engine materials and environmentally friendly it also ensures compatibility With Plastics and Elastomers, chemically stable, compatible with hard water and low foaming properties.

A case study on the Cummins ISX 500 Performance revealed radiator heat exchange tubes were clean of deposits and in excellent condition after 1,000,000+ kilometers, by keeping deposits off the radiator tubes. The thrust side of piston liners showed no cavitation/liner pitting or scale layer build up. They were clean and in superb condition. It even showed the excellent continued thermal transfer capability between liners and coolant since no deposits, corrosion had formed. The water pump and seal were in very good condition after 1,000,000+ kilometers. Both components could be reused again in the vehicle. Thermostats were clean of deposits allowing them to operate appropriately and maintain key engine operating temperature at an optimal level, all this due to the protection provided by Delo XLC Extended Life Coolant.
