• Any electronic prize won must be collected from EPPCO Lubricant’s office at [ ENOC House 1, Sheikh Rashid Road ].
• Any prize apart from the electronic prizes can be collected from any of the participating outlets.
• Present the Scratch & Win coupon and proper identification (Emirates ID) to claimthe electronic prize.
• Any instant prize must be claimed at the time of oil change.
• Car wash and oil change prizes can be only redeemed from the site in which theoriginal oil change was made.
• Any tampering or incorrect information on the Scratch & Win card would result. in non-eligibility to claim the prize.
