Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to contests organised by or on behalf of Chevron Alkhalij (the “Organiser”). These apply in addition to and are subject to any specific terms identified at any website or platform for the contest and in the event of any conflict, the terms posted at the website or platform shall prevail. Customers who choose a Caltex Havoline oil change at any of AutoPro's 50+ locations will receive a complimentary car wash and a chance to enter a raffle draw to win an e-scooter weekly.

  • All participants of the must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the UAE.
  • Valid only at Autopro & ENOC QOC service centers.
  • Car Wash service can be redeemed at ProWash locations only.
  • ProWash Voucher is applicable on Auto Car Wash only.
  • The validity of the ProWash offer is until 15th October 2024 in Dubai and the Northern Emirates only.
  • Raffle Draw entry is valid ONLY during oil change service.
  • Raffle Draw entry is not valid with individual purchase of oil, with any other brand of oil or if oil is supplied by customer.
  • The raffle draws will be held once every week.
  • The validity of the E-Scooter raffle draw is until 15th October 2024 in Dubai and the Northern Emirates only.
  • Offer valid with Caltex Havoline Engine oil (Grade - 10W40, 5W30, 5W40 & 0W20) at Autopro.
  • The winners of the raffle draw will be selected randomly using a manual process chosen by AutoPro at its absolute discretion. All decisions regarding the winners are final.
  • E-scooter winners will be required to present their original portion of the coupon along with a valid Emirates ID card in order to collect their prizes.
  • Prize cannot be exchanged or encashed.
  • AUTOPRO is not responsible for any loss of valuable and damages sustained.
  • Any electrical or mechanical defect after servicing is at customer's risk.
  • Chevron Al Khalij and AutoPro holds the right to announce and/or share the winners’ names on any media platform chosen by them.
  • Chevron Al Khalij and AutoPro reserves the right to cancel the promotion and/or the raffle draws or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any amendments will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
  • Management reserves the right to revoke redemption for any reason deemed valid.
  • This promotion is not open to employees of Chevron AlKhalij and all related companies and entities and any other person who is involved in the organization and conducting of the promotion.
