1. The prize will consist of 300 AED (or the equivalent of this amount according to your country’s currency—any exchange rates will be solely determined by Chevron) YouGotaGift Happy Card per winner.
2. There will be a total of 3 winners on Instagram.
3. The contest starts on the 30th of April and ends on the 1st of May. No purchase is needed in order to participate in this contest.
4. The competition is limited to the residents in the following countries: UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
5. All participants must be over 18 years of age and have a valid identity card from the participating countries.
6. Each participant can submit one entry only.
7. The contest is not open to the employees of Chevron, their immediate families, advertising agencies, associated companies, outlet owners, their employees as well as their immediate families.

9. By participating, you consent that Chevron will announce your name amongst the other winners. Your personal data (first and last name, e-mail address and phone number) will be kept privately and used only for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11. The selected winners will be contacted in writing through an inbox message a few days after the end of the contest. They will be asked to provide his or her contact details within 48 hours; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected at random and contacted.
12. Make sure that you provide us with your correct contact details (name, phone number, country of residence, email address), as the contact information cannot be edited once it has been submitted.

1. The gift card is valid for exactly 12 months since the purchase of it. If it is not redeemed during the validity period, it will be forfeited.
